Chocolate ‘bark’ with Virgin coconut oil

4 T.  virgin coconut oil (I used Pure, Unrefined, Cold Press Coconut Oil 100% organic extra 

virgin) Bought it at Costco

1 T. Cocoa Powder (Hershey's Cocoa Natural Unsweetened)

1/4 t  sugar

2 oz mixed nuts 

You can always double the recipe if you like that's what I did.
Melt the coconut oil to a liquid LOW heat add in cocoa powder and sugar. Stir to combine and blend 

well. Add nuts into chocolate mixture. Pour onto a pie plate with wax paper on it put in refrigerator


or freezer on LEVEL shelf and let set 10 minutes or so. It will harden quickly and breaks up easy, 


put in a glass bowl and keep in refrigerator.
